This is some downloadable softawre which I use on a regular
basis:

Director
A very useful desktop utility which allows you to click the menu
button on a title bar, which then displays a menu of the complete directory
structure used to get to that directory, among other things.

3D Patch
A Patch which makes all the menus and dialogue boxes on your desktop
have a 3D border around them. Can only be used with the new window manager
(version 3.94 or later).

InterGIF
A small piece of software which allows you to make animated GIF
files on an Acorn from Complete Animator, Draw, Sprite, and GIF files.

StrongHelp
A Hypertext Help system for which anyone can make manuals for and
distribute them with their programs.

UUCoder
Allows you to encode/decode UUEncoded files.
