Introduction
Welcome to my HoT MeaL Web page tutorial. In this tutorial I hope to show you that anybody can make a good web page, it just needs a little time and effort. In this tutorial, I hope not just to show you the technical side of producing a web site, but also other things that you should consider, such as how to get people to look at it and making sure the site is easy to use for the person reading it.

I hope you find this tutorial helpful, and that it reduces the amount of shoddily designed pages there out there, and believe me, I've seen a lot :(

The tutorial starts off with the very basics, which I suggest you read if you have never designed a web page, before going on to the more new fangled, complicated stuff, where it can get pretty hairy if you don't know what you are doing.
